Woodpigeon played End of the Road festival in 2008.
Woodpigeon’s music moves and contorts like a film soundtrack. Lush, grand moments complement the band's signature cinematic “pretty-pretty-pop” sound. ‘Die Stadt Muzikanten’, the band’s third full-length album, was released in April 2010 and was a follow up to the internationally acclaimed album ‘Treasury Library Canada’.
Mark Andrew Hamilton (aka Woodpigeon) surrounds himself with a rotating collective of talented folks, and together they make up the many different faces of Woodpigeon. They are a real treat to watch live, and you're never quite sure if you're in for a 12-piece super-show or a magical and spell-binding solo performance.
