Treecreeper
Treecreeper played at End Of The Road Festival 2009.

Born and raised in a small, rural town called Wendover, brothers Will and Greg Burns spent their youth skateboarding, bird-watching and immersing themselves in punk, country and american indie rock. After a few years away, Will studying English, Greg Film-making, the two wound up back in their hometown, with songs and guitars and time on their hands. With a cast of various musical friends and relatives, the boys recorded and released Grain, their debut album, to significant critical acclaim in 2006.
Will had started out playing solo and it's his poetic, insightful songwriting that anchors the band. Drenched in rich, gritty guitars reminiscent of Buffalo Tom and Dinosaur Jr and propelled by a (blurred) vision of world weary romanticism, bleak but not devoid of the kind of hope found in a bar room or a bottle.
